Founded in 2011, Improveasy Group provides funding for energy saving installations which improve the energy efficiency of UK households. We work to help reduce carbon emissions and consumer energy bills.
We are currently seeking an organised Administrator to work alongside our growing Installeasy team. As an Administrator, your role will involve sending out survey and installation appointments across the installer network. Preparing, checking and submitting paperwork, to ensure it is complete and compliant.
While full training will be provided, a keen attention to detail are key for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To ensure awaiting installations are compliant and have adhered the correct process to enable approval.
Liaise with Installers/Engineers to assist them in uploading surveys and install appointments to our in-house software (ECOSURV).
Review and approve completed installations on ECOSURV to ensure compliance, for example, ensuring photographic evidence is available to allow submission to the utility company or Council.
From receipt of lead to submission of installation, all processes require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to achieve the exceptional level of quality the role requires.
To support the Administration Operations Manager in fulfilling their duties as required, this will include general administration, liaising with installers to obtain missing evidence.
