**What You'll Do**:
As our Digital Marketing Lead for the low carbon technologies, you'll be the voice of our decarbonisation movement. Your mission? To inspire, engage, and empower customers to kick-start their journey towards a cleaner, more sustainable lifestyle.

**What you should know**:
We rarely use agencies for anything. We’re a fabulous team of in-house designers, UX, copywriters and front-end developers. We do our own media buying. You could say, in fact, that we’re half agency, but we’re your most favourite client ever, the one you secretly yearned to work at.

We’re looking for someone who’s worked their way around the marketing mix and can stay on top of the metrics, but actually, what you really know is humans and human behaviour. You’ll work freely with autonomy and accountability, minimising your dependencies on others while intensely collaborating with the creative team sharing your enthusiasm and awesome ideas and getting them live as soon as possible

You have a burning desire to turn your skills to something meaningful. You enjoy shipping things MVP, quickly learning from live feedback and constantly deploying new improvements. You’d rather not just make someone else’s stuff anymore. You want to take the lead in making something the world desperately needs.

**What you'll do**:

- Create captivating digital marketing campaigns that resonate with people and inspire them to take action.
- Help craft killer content that highlights the benefits of our low carbon technologies and showcases real-life success stories.
- Drive customer intent across every stage of the digital path to purchase, from research through to advocacy.
- Fine-tune user experience in sign-up and sales journeys, making it absurdly easy for customers to start down the path of decarbonisation.
- Drive traffic and conversions through paid, earned and owned channels (getting hands-on with Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads Manager) spreading the word far and wide.
- Create strategies to gather leads, automate comms flows and increase installation bookings.
- Write and design landing pages for ad campaigns, experimenting with different iterations to increase activity to optimise performance
- Help build customer-love products, campaigns, rewards, and other retention improvements.
- Manage activity with smaller external partners, affiliates and influencers
- Improve our involvement and engagement with online low carbon product communities.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We need someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You should be obsessed with user experience and have a knack for creating compelling content that drives action. Bonus points if you’ve got experience helping customers make considered purchases.
