Banking Administrator

Overview:
**Location**: Charles Hurst, Boucher Road

**Salary**: £23,100- £26,250

**Hours**: Monday-Friday; 08:45- 17:00

Our Head Office is on the hunt to find a banking Administrator to come and join our fantastic team based out of Boucher Road. You will be working alongside a team of administrators, and you will be provided with lots of support and guidance by our experienced Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop within both a dynamic as well as supportive team.

Our Banking Administrators / Cashiers are fundamental within our accounting department; day-to-day they support with all our banking requirements from reconciliations through to daily showroom queries. We can certainly offer you a SUPER varied role
- Being responsible for supporting with all bank reconciliations
- Referencing bank remittances
- Communicating with Business Managers in relation to payments received
- Managing same day requests and leasing with showrooms daily in relation to ad-hoc queries
- Checking all necessary documentation
- Managing cash handling as and when needed

Don’t worry if you’re a newbie to the Automotive industry, we’re open to welcoming new colleagues to the sectorwe can teach you everything we know Ideally, we’re looking for individuals from either an Administration or Call Centre background who are willing to take the leap into the world of banking.

If you have strong IT abilities, that’s another big tick

We’re looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude, organisational abilities and who can build long-lasting relationships.
