**Job Summary**

This part-time vacancy will work alongside our Registered Manager and the Trainee Care Manager, in all aspects of care related administration and support.

**What will you be doing**:

- Supporting with the schedules on a daily basis
- Supporting staff and clients with queries, led by the management team for support
- Completing medication order requests
- Completing and loading assessment paperwork
- Booking reviews with clients
- Carry out a high standard of administration tasks, including meeting minute taking
- Be part of the on call team on a rotational basis

- This role will suit someone who is able to adapt to our fast paced, but friendly environment
- Have care knowledge and background
- Have excellent communication skills, and be willing to support with telephone calls and meeting new people
- An ability to think on your feet and share ideas with the team

**Please note this role is required for you to have a driving license and access to a vehicle**

Pay: £16,600.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
