**What you’ll be responsible for**:
As Client Co Administrator at Kinder Pocock you will be responsible for championing our clients and making sure they get the best possible care and attention.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing extraordinary client care and support
- Managing information to and from clients
- Keeping our client database up to date
- Making sure your teammates are kept up to date with client matters and info
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring they’re happy, loved and informed at every step of their journey
- Arranging meetings and calls with clients and the team
- Sending regular client happiness surveys and monitoring responses and our NPS
- Looking for new ways for us to constantly innovate and improve our clients’ experience
- Managing an engaging social media profile
- Assisting with marketing and event management
