Head of Digital transformation directly manages delivery of Trust Digital programmes of strategic importance and is accountable to the Chief Information Officer. The postholder will manage a team of programme and project staff and be pivotal in fully supporting the delivery of major improvements in health and wellbeing where there is a significant digital dependency.

**Main duties of the job**:

- Developing effective work programme/s to enable project planning, delivery and progress reporting. Liaising with colleagues both across the Trust and within the Digital Services department as appropriate, to identify opportunities and preparing business cases accordingly which demonstrate improved quality and value for money
- Managing project teams and act as a focal point for escalation of any project risks or issues that could adversely affect the delivery of programme objectives. The post holder will be accountable for the efficient utilisation of resources on all programmes and projects and this will also include responsibility for the delivery of a contribution to the annual cost improvement programme (CIP).

**Key Working Relationships**:

- Overall responsibility for strategic programme relationships with senior leaders across the Trust.

**The post holder will be required to**:

- Communicate and provide highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Present highly complex information about projects, initiatives and services to a wide range of stakeholders in a formal setting
- Commit to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of contentious issues
- Nurture key relationships and maintain networks internally and externally, including the ICS
- Assist with Freedom of Information requests, keep under review the framework and in accordance with the legislation.

**Salary**: £56,164.00-£65,262.00 per year
