**TeamJobs are looking for an Operations Manager to join a company based in Poole. A brand born out of a passion for life outdoors. This person will be key in rolling out new systems to improve the efficiency of the business and manage budgets effectivelyto meet the company’s growing needs.**

The Operations Manager role is a pivotal one in the organisation and is key to developing the business to its next stage in its lifecycle. The role will take ownership of inbound and outbound logistics, demand planning and customer service management. Thisrole will also develop over time as the company grows. The person will be key in rolling out new systems which improve efficiency of the business and look for ways to manage budgets effectively in order to meet the company’s growing needs.
- The Salary for this role is £45,000+ per annum, depending on experience
- Located in a Poole office Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
- 22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) - increasing after length of service
- Summertime early leave
- Clothing allowance £1,000
- Fun Days - including sailing, paddle boarding afternoons, BBQ’s and Team Birthday lunches

This role involves:

- Inbound Logistics Planning and budget management
- Management of Customer service team ensuring efficient and quality results
- Development of Brexit Strategy, European DC
- Team management and development
- Systems rollout and development
- Outbound Logistics
- Budget Management and Development
- Development of the demand planning function, forecasting and system
- Ad hoc projects
