**Administrator - Partner Transfers**

**Location**:Cirencester - we work to a hybrid pattern, however you will be required in the office full time for your period of training.

The main purpose of this role is to process the transfer of Partners and Advisers within the St. James’s Place Partnership, providing support for the Team Manager to ensure delivery of an exemplary service to the Field Management Team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Dealing with the administration of transfer cases, which may include an Adviser transferring between Partner Practice or a Mortgage Adviser transferring to become an Adviser.
- Answering initial enquiries and providing guidance to on the key steps in the process.
- Completing the relevant processes from the initial enquiry through to final completion.
- Continually monitoring and reviewing cases, ensure all outstanding documents are collated in a timely manner, whilst providing updates, where required.

**Who we’re looking for**:
An experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and the following skills:

- Strong communication skills - verbally and written
- Competent in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Teams and Outlook
- Methodical, level headed and able to plan and prioritise effectively
- Ability to follow clear processes and to work autonomously as part of the team
