**Recruitment and Training Manager**

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE, Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 20 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown + bank holidays, Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension, Parking

**The Role**

An exciting and brand new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment and Training Manager to join a market-leading manufacturing business within the construction and interior fit-out sector. Working alongside the HR Department, as part of a small but growingteam, this new role will be responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment activities across the group in order to ensure the business is able to source, attract, hire and onboard talent in an effective and timely manner. The Recruitment and TrainingManager will also plan, coordinate and deliver training solutions to ensure that staff learning requirements are met across the business.
- Work with managers to identify resource requirements and develop job descriptions and person specifications
- Identify the optimum methods for good recruitment practice by designing effective recruitment campaigns
- Create processes for good recruitment practice and train and coach managers
- Develop an apprenticeship scheme for roles across the business (construction, manufacturing and office based) to recruit and train future talent and develop careers.
- Oversee and manage onboarding process including delivering presentations and training.
- Review and devise cost effective and efficient training solutions (internal, external and online)
- Attending career and apprenticeship fairs.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external suppliers.
- Work closely with HR Manager to provide generalist HR support across the business.
