- **About the role**_

As part of your role at Harrods you will deliver memorable moments and amazing client experiences by providing exceptional customer service in their luxurious food hall departments: Rotisserie, Salad Bar, Bakery, Charcuterie, Cheese Chocolate, Pantry, Tea and Coffee, Wines. In order to work in the department, you must not have any food allergens and you must be able to handle all kinds of food and beverages.

The teams across Harrods will be working on delivering inspiring shopping experiences by offering personalised, insightful advice and assistance as well as incredible product knowledge to every customer.

- Enjoys working with others and building relationships

- Immaculate presentation and manners
- Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including weekends
- 3 months minimum previous retail/hospitality experience (food hall preferred)
- 3 months minimum previous face to face customer service experience
- Mandarin speaker
