Office Administrator

Due to our expanding Client Portfolio, **Northumberland Accountants Ltd**, based in Alnwick, are looking for a school leaver or graduate (or if you feel you fit the job requirements) to immediately help out with the office administration with the expectation through time to train in Bookkeeping and Payroll with your own portfolio of Clients.
**Initially the job description covers**:
- General administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Setting up and maintaining accurate and up to date client details and records.
- Timesheet input.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
This will eventually lead on to bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities. Full training will be given.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Organisational skills.
- Communication skills
This is a permanent full-time post (37.5 hours a week), office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, although part time working may be considered.
