**DIGITAL MARKETING AND CONTENT ASSISTANT**

**Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity?for a Digital Marketing and Content Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves working with colleagues around the UK and in our international offices. Most of the immediate team are based in Glasgow butother Pinsent Masons office locations including Manchester and Birmingham will be considered.?

In this role you will be supporting the Content and Digital Marketing teams in the delivery of the firm's websites. You will also work with other teams across BD such as Events and MarComms, as well as having occasional contact with lawyers and other stakeholders.?

**Duties and responsibilities include
- Basic content management system (CMS) admin
- Content organisation and reorganisation
- Support in the upload of editorial content such as Out-Law
- Action content updates received from stakeholders, including content for marketing campaigns, staff profiles, updates to legal sector and services information and events
- Assist in monitoring the team mailbox and responding to queries
- Liaise with MarComms in the production of creative assets
- Reporting of issues that occur on the website
- Occasional training and support of administrative team members
