About the Role
Base Location: Inverness
**Salary**: £30,272 - £35,194 (pro-rata) + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Part Time circa 21 hours - flexible working patterns available
As Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality and pro-active time and diary management support to our Director of Asset Management and Operations and their leadership team.
- Organising meetings and events including booking venues, organising travel and accommodation, preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Co-ordinating the submission of reports to the leadership team.
- Assisting with budget management and associated tasks such as invoicing.
- Supporting business processes including recruitment, IT requests, fleet services and the signature of legal documents.
What do I need?
While previous experience in a Personal Assistant role is not necessary it would be advantageous, and you’ll also need to demonstrate good customer service skills and the ability to use your initiative.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams as a minimum.
- Great organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules.
- Interpersonal and listening skills to understand the needs of others.
- Excellent organisation skills with a focus on planning.
