**Are you an experienced Live-In Carer who is passionate about supporting others to maintain their independence?** If so, we invite you to join our team at Spinal Homecare. We are a small care provider dedicated to making a big positive impact in our clients lives.

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you'll live with our client in their homes, providing essential support to individuals with spinal injuries. Your role will include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and enabling independent living. You will receive training for specific care needs, including bowel management and catheter care.

You will stay with the client for two or three weeks at a time, followed by one to two weeks off, promoting a better work-life balance.

Previous experience is not required, as we provide paid training.

This position is suitable for Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Community Carers.

**In return, we offer**:
