**Join Our Caring Team in Fife & West Lothian - Health Care Assistants Wanted**

At Vybrant Care Services, we believe in helping people stay in the comfort of their own homes as a meaningful alternative to residential care. We’re now expanding in Fife and West Lothian and are looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our growing team.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs.
- Support with personal care, medication, and wellbeing needs.
- Assist with mobility, repositioning, and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and daily routines.
- Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
- Safeguard clients at all times and follow best practice protocols.
- Be a friendly, familiar face that brings reassurance to every home you visit.

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, full training is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.65-£13.37 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
