Mon - Thurs: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Fri: 9:00am - 4:15pm

Role Overview:
Due to continued growth within the company, we have an opportunity for an Administrator to support Business Operations. This is a full-time position that will include a mix of administrative and practical duties to assist in the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Activities / Responsibilities:
**Support to Accounts Department**:

- Process Sales and Purchase invoices using Sage 50
- Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery documentation, and quotations
- Place and manage stationery and general consumables orders
- Answer telephones (when not managed by automatic attendant)
- Maintain complete and accurate records

**Support to Workshop Manager**:

- Assist workshop manager with weekly production schedule for each department to meet customer deadlines and production targets
- Process customer orders to progress to manufacture
- Maintain and update order record database
- Coordinate quality control checks and ensure proper sign-off
- Assist with and record Health and Safety procedures, particularly inspections

on machinery and tools
- Manage employee training and development records

General Responsibilities:

- Perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures,

particularly the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required

Education / Experience:
Essential:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable:

- Experience with Sage 50

Skills / Competencies:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to deal with the unexpected

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
