Essential duties.
- Work closely with existing team to ensure accounting records are maintained accurately.
- Manage the Accounts Mailbox.
- Credit Control - allocation receipts and running credit checks.
- Purchasing and sales invoicing and dealing with queries.
- Process customer & supplier transactions
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Issuing and updating purchase orders
- Reviewing and posting credit card transactions & employee expenses onto financial software
- Making supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist the Financial Controller, Directors and/or Management with ad hoc tasks and projects
- 2+ years’ worth of transactional experience.
- Studying towards an accounting qualification.
- Sage experience and intermediate excel.
