About the Company: The company specialises in residential and commercial real estate, with several operating companies that manage and develop an extensive portfolio. As part of a growing business, you will be supporting the principal in visiting construction sites, new acquisitions, and company offices across multiple locations. The principal is a dynamic entrepreneur working in a fast-paced environment, and this role offers excellent exposure to new projects and interesting properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Chauffeur Duties**:
- Daily pick-up of the principal from Bristol (currently), moving to Chippenham in the New Year. - Driving between locations, including London, Newport, Bristol, Chippenham, Cardiff, and various company sites.
- Visiting construction sites, new acquisitions, and company offices on driving days. - Maintaining a high standard of professionalism while driving. - Ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
**- Administrative Tasks**:
- Managing company purchasing and orders. - Xero reconciliation (training can be provided).
- **Personal Assistant Tasks**:
- Running personal errands such as tidying, ironing, and collecting dry cleaning.
- Assisting with any additional tasks to support the principal’s personal and business needs.
**Key Requirements**:
- Professional driving experience with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Experience in administration, bookkeeping, and hospitality would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage a flexible work schedule, including weekend and evening hours. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Xero experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Flexibility to adapt to various personal and professional tasks.

The role will be paid hourly to account for long days and flexible hours.
**Working Hours**:

**Location & Travel**:
- You will be required to drive the principal to various locations, including across Bristol, Chippenham, London, Cardiff, Newport, and company sites.
- The role will include some overnight travel depending on the principal's schedule.
