**What you’ll achieve**:
The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include supporting two executives by managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, etc. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, impeccable judgement, and be able to act with little guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing quality and timely support to executive members.
**Essential Duties**
- Maintain Executive's calendar and/or daily schedules for the group
- Coordinate meetings both internally and externally, across multiple time zones
- Make travel and lodging arrangements as required, coordinates expense reimbursements
- Track operational data in a database
- Use software tools to compile data into presentation format
- Maintain accurate schedule of activities of the leader/executive supported, including complex meeting coordination and may include travel arrangements
- Independently prepare presentations and recurring reports
- Communicate with managers outside the department and across functions
- May communicate with outside customers and vendors
- Coordinate special projects and department activities
- Coordinate office functions with other departments
**Desired Requirements**
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to reprioritize tasks quickly and efficiently when need arises
- Proven experience in providing support to 2 or more Executives
- Requires a minimum of AA/AS degree plus 3-4 years of experience, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally
- Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle
- Must be located within GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)
