We're looking for a Head of Marketing to work for our client.

HappyJobsNI are delighted to be working alongside a well established, forward thinking Manufacturing company based in Dungannon in their search for a Head of Marketing to join the team at this exciting time of growth.

Our client is Northern Ireland's leading manufacturer with an international reputation in creating complete, ready to go recycling plant solutions from scratch as well as bespoke add-ons or replacement modules to enhance recycling plants worldwide.

The company has evolved over the years and it's growth is a direct result of the hunger for creating new distinctive, bespoke, innovative products to help transform the world’s waste.

**Please note**: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build, guide and inspire your team to execute marketing concepts and strategies
- Lead on all aspects of marketing and the company's marketing team
- Oversee third party support from design, advertising and PR agencies
- Drive existing branding frameworks and oversee the creation of all marketing materials across the company
- Develop business communications strategies, ideas and activity in the area of broad marketing communications
- Analysing consumer behaviour and market data, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Accountable for the annual marketing budget allocation, management and analysis of return on investment, making future recommendations**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ experience to a Senior Marketing capacity within a B2B environment
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record of successful delivery of short and long-term interdependent design, brand and marketing strategies
- Ability to develop strong relationships with senior leaders/key stakeholders
- Must have an entrepreneurial, pioneering spirit; looking to both lead and drive company strategies
- Can work across teams and is able engage people in the ever-changing dynamics between markets, brand, marketing, branding design and sales
- Creative and adventurous, with a curious and analytical mind able to distil, process, articulate and act on findings
- An extremely efficient, persuasive and coherent written, visual and verbal communicator**The Package**:
