The company supplies an impressive roster of world-class brands, has a strong market reputation, and the manufacturing capacity to double revenue by 2030.To lead the next phase of growth, the company is seeking a talented, results-driven Head of Sales. This pivotal role will shape sales strategy, build international markets, and ensure disciplined execution across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the sales agenda—establishing a data-led strategy and translating it into clear, well-executed plans. You will lead a capable team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture built on trust, accountability, and a growth mindset.The overall aim is to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth: identifying routes to market, opening new international territories, securing multi-site customer agreements, and strengthening distributor partnerships.As a highly visible Head of Sales, you will lead major business development activities, act as the company’s lead with key accounts, and build long-term relationships with distribution partners. You will be the face of the business at trade shows, product launches, and international forums, using market intelligence to inform product innovation.We are seeking a commercially astute sales leader with a proven track record in capital equipment or engineered solutions who has strong people leadership and experience developing new markets. You will have led strategic planning and can inspire teams to execute and excel.This is a broad sales leadership appointment with significant scope for career development.
