Jasmine Mother & Child is a unique family residential centre in Plymouth, Devon. We offer specialist parenting assessments for mothers with substance abuse issues. Rated ‘Good’ by our recent Ofsted inspection.

**JOB PROFILE**:
- To be the first point of contact for Residents, Visitors and Contractors.
- To answer the telephone and admit Residents, Visitors and Contractors according to protocol.
- To support the daily smooth running of Jasmine Mother & Child Family Residential Centre, providing admin support for the Jasmine Team and projects as required.
- To monitor and raise orders for stationery/office equipment/sundries.
- To liaise with the Health & Safety and Facilities Team regarding works or repairs to be carried out at Jasmine Mother & Child Family Residential Centre.
- To provide admin support to the wider Trevi Team where needed.
- To provide admin support for the admissions process.
- To adhere to Safeguarding Policies and to all Trevi policies and procedures.
- To promote and develop the aims and philosophy of Trevi, working in a way that reflects our values.
