We are currently looking for an enthusiastic hands-on individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Receptionist for an initial 12 hours per week, increasing throughout in the seasonal period.
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide dedicated support to the Housekeeping team and ensure guests receive a fantastic experience during their stay.
You will be trained as a Housekeeper and Receptionist.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in cleaning our studios and communal areas to an exceptionally high standard
- Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as and when required
- Ensure a high level of customer service whilst manning the reception desk
- Encourage guests to book direct
- Inform the Management team of any issues that may arise
- Collate customer feedback and update the team
- Ensure guest information is accurate
- Check guests in and out of the property
- Collate registration forms and contact information
- Liaise with guests to ensure invoices and payments are made promptly
- Ensure messages are replied to on all booking platforms
- General administrative duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Previous experience as a cleaner
- Basic computer knowledge is essential
- Must be flexible and available to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends
- A DBS check will be required for successful applicants
**Job Types**: Part-time, 12 hours +
**Salary**: £9.00 per hour, negotiable.
