Receptionist / Administrator
Cookstown
I am working with a longstanding employer based in Cookstown who are seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Working Hours: 9-5pm with early 1.30pm finish every other Friday
Reporting into management you will;
- Handling incoming calls and visitors to the business
- Maintain and update reception documentation
- Post duties
- Book and manage calendar for meeting rooms.
- Carry out general admin tasks when requested by Directors/ Senior Staff members.
**About you.**
- Previous office / reception / customer experience
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
