**About us**

GRM is a small independant car dealer in Cookstown.

**This will be a diverse role and duties will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Answering telephone calls and booking appointments.
- Be responsible for organizing and prioritising paperwork.
- Respond to client requests for information, products and services.
- Serve as receptionist and greet visitors.
- Booking vehicle MOT's & ordering parts.
- Utilising our dealer management system.
- Some advertising.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Outgoing & enthusiastic.
- Well mannered & punctual.
- Motivated.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent in maths.

It would be preferred that you have a good knowledge of vehicle makes, models & specifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
