**Job description**
CSR are currently recruiting for a leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating in Northern Ireland. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Administration Resource person, ideally with Document Control experience to join the team. This is a fixed term 18th month contract, with the possibility of extension.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all administration is carried out to required deadlines and is accurate and efficient
- Deal with queries from all internal and external project users in a professional manner
- Copy, scan, and upload documents
- Accurate file checking on contracts
- Control soft and hard copy project information
- Liaise with clients and project co-ordinators
- Handle and distribute documents
- Ad hoc duties as required.
**Desirable**
- A levels or equivalent
- Previous Document Control experience
**Competencies**
- Team player, but also be able to work using your own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and deliver to strict timescales.
- Digitally savvy with strong I.T skills
- Work with Document Management Systems.
- Competency with the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Construction industry experience would be desirable but not essential.
