Are you an experienced estate agent or have a background in selling homes and looking for a new role with a great employer?Then join us as Sales Executive and manage the sales activity of our award-winning Persona new homes.From outright sale to sharedownership, 1-bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom detached homes, you’ll help our customers dream home become a reality.And we really are great5^th best place to work in the UK in fact
You’ll ensure that each customer has a brilliant experience, whether it’s advising on our shared ownership products, providing details on our various properties or supporting them through viewings.You’ll lead all sales activities from following up on leads,securing reservations, legal set up through to sales completion. You’ll also work collaboratively with Home Group solicitors to produce legal packs and progress sales.

**What you’ll bring**:
- Experienced estate agent or background in selling homes
- Able to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of affordable tenure products and outright sale
- Understanding of the financial requirements to buy, including mortgage processes and financial assessments.
- Brilliant at building relationships with your customers and leading a deal “close”
- You will need to be able to travel across our sites so ideally you’ll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle or willing to use public transport.
