£30,000 per annum, plus up to £250 per plot sold
Hybrid location: our London office in Farringdon, working from home and from our South Persona new homes developments.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Executive to join us and manage sales activity across a selection of our Persona new homes developments across London.You’ll ensure the personal touch for each and every customer, selling our shared ownership andoutright sale homes from 1 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom detached homes. This is a fabulous opportunity to join our award winning team.
You’ll ensure that each customer has a brilliant experience purchasing one of our homes with a personal touch.Whether it’s advising on shared ownership, details about our properties or sales assistance. You will be with our customers every step of the way,working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality.Our sites offer a wide range of housing styles, so each working day you'll have lots of variety
This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll spend some days in the office, some days working at home and other days working from our South Persona Homes developments.You’ll be managing all sales activity across a variety of schemes in the southern region (bothoutright sale and shared ownership) from leads, to legal set up through to sales completion. This will include carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progressing sales.You’ll also work collaboratively with Home Group solicitors to produce legalpacks and progress sales.
You’ll be reporting to Anne, our South Sales Manager, working alongside our regional sales team, who work together to hit our sales targets and delight our customers. Anne has worked at Home Group for over five years Outside of work you’ll find her spendingtime with her family, gardening and booking her next holiday (how have we missed those). Anne’s team really like a good after work get together and a good catch up at work, sharing ideas of how to meet their sales targets, congratulating each other’s successesas well as putting the world to right
