**THEY DO**:
My client are an exciting tax consultancy start-up who help businesses make free money - I will explain. They work with companies from a range of different sectors, and if one of these companies has done something innovative, such as produced a new software/ created a new product and are liable for tax credits as a result, my client help them to claim this. It is a great area as you can work in almost every sector but is also an absolutely huge industry.

Your role as a **Graduate Sales Executive**will give you the opportunity to outreach to any innovative businesses, help them reclaim tax, and ultimately invest in innovation.

They are always growing, currently with huge growth plans, get in early

**THEY OFFER**:
Progression:
Their progression follows a timeline, in which you can expect to have up to 3 promotions within your first 1.5 years, completely based on performance and targets. Your first promotion will very likely be achieved within 6 months, and many have done this quicker.

Training:
Their training is extensive in sales and the industry. We have placed people there with no experience who have built extremely successful careers.

Culture:
As a start-up company, their culture is collaborative, supportive, and extremely close knit. They engage in plenty of socials, team events and incentives, working a hybrid WFH model and a flat hierarchy. Also early finish Fridays

**Salary**:
£25K basic + completely uncapped commission, with 1st year graduates taking home £40K OTE. There are also quarterly bonuses based on other targets to raise that OTE even higher.
