**JOB TITLE**: Recruitment Officer

**LOCATION**: Ashford, Kent - Remote Working

**SALARY**: £10.40 - £13 per hour

**TERM**: 2 months

**HOURS**: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday with a 5pm finish on a Friday

**START**: As soon as possible

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our client based in Ashford who are seeking some additional support for the next 2 months within their Recruitment team. This role is a crucial position within the business, you will be responsible for reviewingCV's and filtering these accordingly based on experience and location. The company offer flexibility with working, you can go into the office or be completly remote; you will also receive an early finish on a Friday

**The day to day duties in your new job would be**:

- Reviewing and shortlisting CV's on the company portal
- General administrative duties
- Sending CV's to the appropriate hiring manager
- Occasional attendance of Recruitment Events (you will need your own transport)
- Liaising with other internal team members
- Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience in Social Care would be beneficial
- 1+ year's experience working in a customer focused position
