**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our Office Based in Glasgow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Representing the business by being the first point of contact with our customers.
- Job-by-job communication and tracking of the engineering workforce and subcontractors to ensure CAFM systems are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that completion details are on all work orders; including materials, details of works carried out and accurate engineer time records.
- Receive updates about work orders, ensuring all systems are updated in real-time with accurate information.
- Probation can be extended due to delays in clearance.

**About You**:

- A strong team player with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills; being able to listen attentively to customers’ requirements and pass the same information across to engineers is imperative to the success of job completions.
- Exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position.
- Should be willing to work flexible schedules, including working on weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the demands of clients
