Our local client is one of the UK’s leading Steel Suppliers, who are looking for a Hire Desk Supervisor to work from their Head Office in Ringwood.

Do you have Hire Desk experience and looking for a new challenge with a expanding company offering a competitive salary and benefits? The Hire Desk Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the business. Working closely with the CommercialManager, they will be responsible for providing a variety of Administration support overseeing key business functions such as monthly reporting and database management.

**Duties**:

- Monthly reporting
- Database management
- Customer invoicing/account support
- Processing Orders
- Organising Transport
- Liaising with Depot staff
- Raising Quotations
- Marketing through social media
- Stock control

Key Skills:

- Must be computer literate, including MS Office
- Good telephone manner
- Analytical with an eye for detail
- Team Player

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person who is enthusiastic, reliable, conscientious with plenty of scope to progress.

**Salary**: £28,000 (*Annual review)

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (*Increasing with length of service)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
