Are you an ambitious, bright individual looking to take on a career in an office environment, working for a leading equipment hire provider based in offices in Ringwood?

The Hire Desk Assistant is a vital part of the operations for both Sales and Customer Services, and you will be responsible for building exceptional relationships with both clients and suppliers.

The role will see you coordinating the entire hire process, from taking the initial order through to arranging delivery and collection, you will be liaising with every part of the organisation to ensure the needs of the customer are always met. On a day-to-daybasis, you can expect to be desk-based, making regular contact with stock teams, sales reps and various depots around the UK to ensure mínimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer.

Duties will include:
Processing Orders

Stock Control

Organising Transport

Liaising with depot staff

Telesales and Customer Service calls

Raising quotes

Marketing through social media

Key Skills

Must be computer literate with a good understanding of Excel

Good Telephone Manner

Well-organised and with a keen eye for detail

Team Player
