Primarily providing telephone and video-based clinical assessments to 999 callers, it’s a demanding but rewarding role, with a strong focus on excellent patient care requiring a high level of critical thinking and interpersonal skills. If you want to make a significant contribution to the well-being of patients and work in a supportive, learning, environment, then this opportunity could be right for you.

This role involves shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.

Providing telephone-based clinical assessments to 999 callers, it’s a demanding but rewarding role, with a strong focus on excellent patient care and requiring great interpersonal and patient care skills.
