**The Opportunity**

Our Technical Operations team is looking for a skilled compliance and process change specialist to ensure any regulatory changes are rolled out successfully on Customer Services systems and processes.

This role also focuses on creating processes and documentation for customers being impacted by these changes.

**You'll be**:

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders by attending face to face and video meetings
- Designing, testing and delivering documentation to the Customer Services and support areas about any process and system changes
- Supporting change projects to ensure impacts are understood, including process, training, controls, etc.
- Supporting the identification of risks as a result of process and system changes by monitoring steps and making suggestions
- Being accountable for timely and accurate rollout of new change processes
- You have proven experience in change or compliance within a Financial Services environment
- You have experience in working on small
- and large-scale projects
- You are an expert with MS Excel and Word
- You are organised, have good communication and planning skills
