A vacancy is available for a Telematics & Claims Processor to join the First Response Team within the Winn Group. As a Telematics & Claims Processor, you will provide an efficient and effective service to the wider First Response Department and Clients by facilitating the progressions on all Road Traffic Accidents, Employment Liability and PL cases within the firm.

**Key Responsabilities**:

- Accept and make ad hoc telephone enquiries from/to clients, stakeholders and third parties regarding claims. To ensure that all claims are handled efficiently and in the correct technical manner, then settling them in line with policy cover and legal liability.
- Build a positive relationship with each Client whilst processing the claim, help manage their expectations and deliver the right outcome.
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims processing including, but not limited to:

- Hire reviews - maintaining regular contact with our nationwide repairer network for updates on Client vehicle repairs.
- Engineer reports and storage instructions - organise and upload reports/invoices onto the correct cases. Providing independent evidence to the other side to supportthe Client’s claim for losses.
- Total Loss Reports - review and action total loss reports and instructing salvage agents to collect the vehicle.
- Arrange and monitor provision of hire vehicles to the Client and to ensure the hire system works effectively. Off-hiring vehicles, negotiate to control costs and adhering to deadlines and time constraints.
- FRT tasks - assist case handlers with their claim tasks to ensure the department is up to date.
- Respond to Live Chat and website enquiries, providing support to our First Response Team within our online space.
- Accurately record key FNOL information for Road Traffic Accident, Employment Liability and Occupiers Liability cases onto our case management system.
- To understand and improve knowledge on Telematics within the insurance industry.
- Respond to incident alerts generated from Telematics software, correctly interpret crash data and contacting the policy holder to ensure they receive the correct assistance. Also contacting the emergency services in event of a serious incident.
- FRT incoming calls overflow.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
