We are looking for ambitious Individuals to join our Claims Processing Team within our First Response Department as a Claims Processor. You'll receive thorough on-site training, ensuring you're well-prepared to excel in your role. Your input will be crucial in enhancing the quality of service we offer to our valued clients and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As a Claims Processor, you will handle telephone inquiries from clients, stakeholders, and third parties about claims to ensure efficient and accurate processing according to policy and legal standards.
- You will build positive relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and deliver appropriate outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims processing, including:
- Regular updates on vehicle repairs.
- Organizing and uploading reports/invoices for claims.
- Reviewing and acting on total loss reports and coordinating vehicle collection.
- Conducting pre-checks and signing up clients for Open Banking.
- Handling medical instructions.
- Assist case handlers with claim tasks to keep the department updated.

**Working Hours**
This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
