- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work a **4 on 4 off rotation 2 days and 2 nights, starting at 0600-1800 or 1800-0600** and adapt to new tasks and capable adapting to new tasks (production, asset care and hygiene/cleaning for example)
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring every product meets our quality standards

**The Recipe**
- As a Bakery Team Member, you will be an essential part of our production team, ensuring that our delicious products are made to the highest standards. You’ll be working on a **4 on 4 off rotation which will include 2 days and 2 nights**, with shifts from **6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am**. We have approximately 480 colleagues working across Bolton and Variety manufacturing and distribution.
