We are currently recruiting for an investment administrator on behalf of a boutique Asset Management firm based in the City of London. Our client is currently working on outsourcing their transfer agency work and require assistance with cleaning the existing client database.

The role sits within the Client Service Team which is responsible for administrative relationship with current and potential clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in asset management and gain exposure to an outsourcing project along with an AML remediation project running alongside it.

Not only will you have an excellent salary, but you will also get the 1-2-1 training you need to jump start your career in financial services. This is a client facing role, so you will have a wealth of opportunities to develop your professional skills.

**The Investment Administrator duties will include **
- Assisting and communicating with clients for tasks related to the AML remediation project
- Investigating and locating new charity personnel when correspondence has been returned to us.
- Attaining up to date information and ensure records are updated
- Investigating matches to Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
- Supporting the team with ad hoc data cleanse projects.

**To be successful in this role you must have**
- Proven data entry experience
- Previous banking or financial services experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent MS Office skills
