We have a current requirement for an inhouse recruitment consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team based in the Glasgow office on a hybrid working basis. The recruitment consultant will provide an effective, efficient recruitment process covering the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. The individual will build relationships with the management team in order to recruit quickly and to the highest standards whilst ensuring that every applicant receives the best possible experience.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Act as a point of contact for all recruitment matters across our various business streams
- Advertise job openings in careers pages, job board and social networks (e.g LinkedIn)
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and criteria for roles
- Report and communicate to all relevant stakeholders the status of recruitment requisitions/job offers and recruitment activity.
- Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements
- Manage the vendor relationship with third party suppliers such as recruitment agencies, job boards and contractors.
- Support with the onboarding of new hires
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
