Youll drive innovative strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent enhance candidate and hiring manager experience and contribute directly to delivering on current recruitment priorities and future organisational goals of building a future-ready workforce.Youll also play a key role in shaping recruitment best practice championing diversity and inclusion and driving continuous improvement across the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic workforce planning and operational excellenceWhat you bringAdvanced stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and challenge senior leadersExpertise in sourcing strategies and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter ATS (Workday) and recruitment analytics platformsExcellent candidate assessment capabilities including CV and application review and conducting telephone interviewsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managersSkilled in using recruitment data and insights to inform decisions and produce relevant reportsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisationSignificant in-house recruitment experience managing end-to-end processes for non-volume roles across diverse business areasProven track record in strategic talent acquisition within large or complex organisations including continuous improvement initiatives and employer brand promotionUnderstanding of organisational development and reward practices with a commitment to inclusive and positive candidate experiencesYou can expect more from a career with SLC.
