Gatekeeper is seeking driven and organised Property Managers to join the team in Witney, Oxfordshire. Based at our Central Office you will work alongside the whole team including the company owners. You will look after properties in one of our local areas including Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester, Swindon and Witney. The role is varied and interesting and requires someone with confidence and self motivation.

Gatekeeper is an estate and letting agent, but our approach is a little different. We expect a lot from our team; hard work, drive and excellent customer service are crucial, but we offer an exceptional level of training, support and development in advance.

Since we first opened our doors in 2004, we have grown hugely. We look after properties in and around Aylesbury, Banbury, Bicester, Swindon and Witney - all from our flagship Central Office in Witney. Having undergone a re-branding process in 2014, we continue to expand and grow, and we are always looking for great people to join us.

An exciting opportunity for a temporary Inventory Clerk with the possibility of a permanent contract to join a thriving dynamic team.

You must have exceptional attention to detail, own transport, internet access and be PC literate. Full training is given. This area includes Swindon, Witney, Aylesbury, Banbury & Bicester.

You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, property condition inventories and check out inspections across our portfolio of residential lettings properties.

This role requires on average 8-10 hours per week across 2 or 3 days. As the nature of the work can fluctuate there needs to be a degree of flexibility on a weekly basis to be available anywhere from 2-3 days. However, the work can be completed at a time that suits the clerk between 9am-5pm.
