- We’re looking for a visionary Associate Dean / Head of Department - Business to lead with purpose, drive innovation, and make a lasting impact on students, staff, and the wider academic community.

What You’ll Do
As Associate Dean, you’ll be at the heart of a strategic academic partnership, responsible for:

- Driving academic excellence across all programmes.
Leading curriculum innovation to meet evolving industry needs.
Enhancing student outcomes through retention, progression, and attainment strategies.
Managing and inspiring a high-performing academic team.
Delivering teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
Overseeing programme development to attract new markets and learners.
This is a role where your leadership will directly shape the next generation of business professionals.

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a bold, collaborative leader with:

- Proven experience in academic leadership and management.
A PhD (or near completion) in Business, Management, or a related field.
A strong research and publication profile.
A teaching qualification and HEA membership (desirable).
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
