We are a SaaS company developing a fare collection platform that allows people to buy and present tickets for public transit on their mobile phones or by tapping a bank card or smart card to travel.

The Role: *
As we are deploying our platform into more and more cities around the world, our teams keep expanding and therefore we are on the lookout for a Talent Partner (Tech) to help us as we embark on new journeys.
You will be joining a happy and supportive team of 3, with your entire focus being Engineering. You will literally hand-pick all of our engineering colleagues.
While this role is delivery-centric, you will still have lots of opportunities to think creatively and put your own mark on our recruitment strategy and culture.

Responsibilities include: *
- Partner with hiring managers to define and streamline the recruitment process, acting as a recruitment advisor for different areas within the business.
- Partner with the Talent Manager and Head of People Operations to define, execute and scale a more long term recruitment strategy with a focus on continuous improvement, metrics, D&I, social media, sourcing campaigns and many more.
- Ensure inclusiveness as a practice in all aspects of the recruitment process to build diversity through hiring.
- Establish effective communication channels for all stakeholders, collecting and reporting meaningful data and insights.

Who we are looking for: *
- You will have a good number of years of experience and a proven track record in technical recruitment.
- You will have a ready network of developers that you can draw upon and a passion for implementing D&I recruitment campaigns.
- Data-driven approach and able to use metrics in reporting.
- Self-sufficient, adaptable and possessing some in-house experience in a fast-paced tech company.

Masabi’s flexible working policy will allow you to work fully remotely, or from one of our offices in London, Cluj, New York, Denver or Boston. The choice about where you work from will be largely made by you. Regardless of where you choose to work from, you will be allowed to work outside of the country of your employment for up to 3 months each year.
