Our client is the largest independent provider of Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Fleet Management services in the UK with multiple sites supporting leaders in their industry. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at their offices in Birmingham Business Park.

**The Customer Service Advisor will be**:

- Taking inbound calls from customers on a variety of enquiries
- Dealing with all aspects of the clients fleet, such as commercial vehicles, company cars, new vehicles, fuel cards, legal proceedings, fines etc.
- Following strict processes, ensuring all relevant parties are kept in the loop with ongoing queries
- General administration to support your role
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required
**The Customer Service Advisor must have**:

- Proven experience in a Customer Service Advisor role
- Ideally experienced working in a telephony environment
- Strong administration skills, well organised and clear
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Customer Service Job Details;**
- 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm
- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Based in Birmingham Business Park

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,461.00 per year
