The overall purpose of the role is famous for supporting the business processes in an efficient and proficient manner within the agreed timescales with great communication skills enabling the organization to achieve its ambitions.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Ensuring data input is accurate complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & data accuracy requirements enabling IBP adherence.
- Between internal and external stakeholders improving the Customer Experience utilising the Saint-Gobain attitudes
- Ensuring Saint-Gobain Internal Control Reference Framework (ICRF) processes are adhered to across all departments, coupled with ensuring legal compliance to legislation in a proactive manner.
- Capex ICRF- Physical inventory across all sites on a perpetual rolling year basis, including all documentation verification.
- Stock ICRF- Ensure stocktake data entry accuracy and minimise errors
- cost control
- Stock-Annual physical stock takes across each site in conjunction with Line Manager
- Control of Master data and output
- Maintains accurate company branch information and timely visit reports in CRM following each visit and provides all relevant sales, rebate, budget and activity data to each account as required to monitor performance
- Raising Purchase Orders minimising retrospective PO's.
- Capex Process in conjunction with Line Manager -Capex+ documentation control within SAP, training of internal staff, ICRF adherence, month end depreciation.
- Oversee master data input within the team, training as necessary and proactive management of the workload.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience of using SAP, Financially and commercially aware
- A-Level including math's and English at grade C or above
- Administration qualification desirable Able to anticipate and adapt to customer needs and expectations
- Strong relationship skills
- Sound knowledge using MS Office
- Accurate, flexible, willingness to tackle and juggle assigned tasks, takes ownership and is accountable
- Professional, determined and resilient
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral)
