9 hours between 7am - 7pm
£32,000 - £34,000 *Depending on experience

**A bit about the company**:
A global organisation with an exciting mission You will be working as part of a team of 40 hardworking and motivated individuals who are all passionate about what they do. Modern, open plan offices based in the heart of the City of London, a stunning locationclose to restaurants and bars.
**Duties**:
- A super varied role, split between multiple duties
- Supporting with operational management, ensuring that all clients are provided with a top-quality service
- Managing the on-boarding process, guaranteeing everything is carried out correctly and all information is up to date on the system
- Taking on various projects and managing expectations
- Liaising with various other offices all over the world
- Managing the team's performance and reporting this back to senior management
- Assisting with line management as and when required
- Providing office coordination support such as diary management, travel arrangement, setting up meeting rooms, and minute taking
**Requirements**:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ideally some operations or coordination experience
- A naturally organised individual who has excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Management and planning skills
- A friendly, approachable individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
