Which is where you come in. We're looking for an experienced RPO Solutions Design Specialist to join our team and help drive our business forward.

**The Role**

We're looking for someone with a background in RPO Solutions Design in Delivery, Client Development, or Client Service with the ability to connect a client requirement and vision with a compelling solution strategy & roadmap; creating solutions with an effective team structure, delivery model, technical solution and pricing strategy to meet our client's needs.

This job is all working with delivery leaders across PeopleScout to shape and design commercially attractive and forward-thinking RPO volume hiring and specialist recruiting solutions. And you'll build effective relationships with key client stakeholders - building mutual understanding, solving problems & positively impacting their perceptions of the business.

We're expecting you to be very much future-focussed; curious about developments in the industry, what's new in HR/Recruitment technology and always looking for opportunities to evolve solution design.

**Who we're looking for**

You'll already be experienced within the RPO industry - either from a client management/solutions perspective, or delivery operations. Certainly, you'll be comfortable designing RPO recruiting solutions for both volume and specialist hiring - from initial scope through to deployment.

What's more you'll need:

- The ability to quickly build credibility and rapport at senior levels
- To be able to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
- Good influencing skills and comfortable working in complex matrix teams
- Solution design experience within an RPO environment
