Operations Risk Business Partner

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Risk Business Partner to join our team in order to support our Group Operations function and broader transformation agenda. IQ-EQ is going through an unprecedented level of digital and broader operationaltransformation as it seeks to support realisation of its strategic ambitions. This role would be expected to work closely with the Global Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Director to provide operational and BCP risk support.

As the Operations Risk Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational and BCP risk management procedures, policies and framework that support the performance of our operations and transformation teams. You will buildpartnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams. You will be expected to lead operational risk management matters; influence related decision-making; improve the understanding of operational risks within a business environment;and deliver analysis and provide insight on operational risks and issues.

Day to day:

- Develop, manage and maintain the Operational Risk Management framework and reporting for Group Operations
- Assume day to day responsibility for Operational and BCP risk management for Group Operations
- Attend relevant Group Operations forums and Group committees as operational risk management expert on behalf of Group Operations
- Support the identification and management of transformation risks and issues associated with the transformation and broader Operations agenda
- Escalate issues/concerns to relevant stakeholders and committees with recommended solutions to deliver required outcome
- Develop, manage and maintain the operational risk management framework for transformation programmes and projects
- Assume day to day responsibility for coordinating operational risk input into agreed initiatives and programmes
- Participate in relevant project and programme management forums such as project steering meetings as operational risk management expert
- Support project planning with operational risk input
- Support ongoing execution & delivery of agreed initiatives, working collaboratively with other key project stakeholders
- Escalate matters requiring specific Group Risk attention and input to relevant stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- A qualified and highly experienced Operational Risk Management professional with a background in financial services
- Proven track record in delivering transformational change within a complex and multi-jurisdictional environment
- Strong working knowledge of both trust and company administration and investor services (fund admin) sectors. Familiarity with relevant key operational, financial and regulatory requirements and with market standard Risk & Compliance technology solutions
- People and project leadership experience
