**HR & Training Administrator**

**Location**: Dewsbury (WF13)

**Pay**: £28,000 to £34,000 per annum, based on experience

**Hours**: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday

Our well-established têxtile company based in Wakefield are looking for a HR & Training officer to join their exciting and fast growing team.

**The job role duties include**:

- Managing the recruitment process for the company
- Create and implement Retention & engagement plans for employees
- Review and monitor absences of employees
- Induct and train all new employees
- Ensure implementation of company polices

**The suitable HR & Training Officer MUST**:

- Have 3+ years of HR generalist experience.
- Have significant experience with recruitment.
- Have Relevant CIPD qualification.
- Be flexible.
- Be IT Literate.
